A 45 min class that is all about calorie expenditure and aerobic fitness.

CONCEPT 2

Unique to Primal we utilise the rower, bike and ski ergs. This high-intensity workout will test not only your cardiovascular system, it will also target over 80% of your muscles this is definitely a bang for buck workout not to be missed!

CROSSTRAIN

A 45 min solid session of Strength work, fitness, mobility, and Core Strength.

HIIT

Our own signature class combining in excess of 25 years industry experience to deliver you a High Intensity Training experience.

IMPACT

If you are looking for a class to take your fitness to the next level, this class is it! Combining HIIT with strength training, this bootcamp style class is designed to leave an impact!

OLDER GEN

PILATES HIT

Pilates targets the 'powerhouse' muscles, which include the glutes, core and lower back.
