HEALTHIER

The HEALTHIER program features Steady-State Cardio, where you can engage in light activities aiming for a consistent, moderate intensity that allows for comfortable conversation. To add variety, we switch between different cardio exercises. Strength and mobility segment also, combining light resistance training (using bodyweight, resistance bands, or light weights)It also includes mobility exercises and gentle stretching to enhance flexibility and joint mobility.

HIIT

The HIIT program is organized into 3-5 rounds, featuring a blend of cardio, strength, and plyometric workouts. The routine includes dynamic movements with options to use bodyweight or light weights. Exercises are high-intensity, alternated with brief periods of rest or low-intensity activities like walking in place. Great workout for members looking to increase fitness and burn calories.

PERFORMANCE

The performance program is structured around three dynamic circuits, each containing 4-10 diverse exercises. The workout can be varied with styles like AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), EMOM (Every minute on the minute), YGIG (you go I go), Chipper (Goal based session), or Tabata (interval training). It combines high-intensity cardio and strength exercises. This workout is tailored for the more seasoned fitness enthusiast.

STRONG

The STRONG program delivers a meticulously crafted, 45-minute workout aimed at increasing your strength.. This comprehensive workout emphasizes compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and overhead presses, along with their variations, tailored to fit your training level.
