Group Exercise Instructor

Tom comes from a background of Landscaping but now, instead of bringing out his tools to get the job done, he is going to bring out your inner boxer and help you get it done!

Tom loves kayaking, mountain biking, trail running, adventure races, long distance endurance training and pretty much anything else adventurous and heart-pumping! He’s favourite type of gym training is anything that builds him up and helps him to stay in shape for these activities on the regular.

Tom’s #1 tip: “Don’t give up over Winter. Most people are less motivated in Winter but this is the best time to train so that you are in shape for Summer. We all know Winter sucks but push through!”

Gym fashion trends that Tom rates and hates? He doesn’t care! As long as people are happy and comfortable, that’s all that matters.

If Tom could train with anyone in the world, he would choose his mates (aww!). He says he is happiest training with mates over anyone else and wouldn’t change that for anything.

To Tom’s mates – I think you owe him a beer for this big statement..

Tom’s key to success is Persistence. Not giving up is his strong suit and we are sure all you Primates will get to experience this when you attend his boxing classes.
