Group Exercise Manager

I started teacher Group Fitness classes in two of our local gyms during my Uni days in 2012. I am trained in Radical fitness but I love creating my own workouts, mainly to fun motivating music. I have experience in teacher group fitness classes such as Cardio Boxing, Power, Step, Oxygeno (pilates/yoga) and Spin. My favourites to teach are power, step and boxing as it really lifts your heart rate. My favourite type of training is cardio. I love the endorphins you get from a good solid fast workout. A fun fact about myself is that I am one of 6 children and it is very obvious that I am the favourite child in the Dube family.
