Eliza

Group Fitness Instructor & Social Media

Eliza is our superstar Group Fitness Coordinator and Fitness Instructor for our Impact and Pilates HIIT classes! She’s an energiser bunny and will be sure to get your heart pumping!

Eliza has worked in the fitness industry for 7 years now and taught everything from boxing, spin, hot Pilates, boot camps… I think you get the point!

She has done most things and we are very excited to have her on board in Team Primal!

She has qualifications in Cert 3 and 4 fitness, certified Pilates instructor, completed her Bachelor in Health and Physical Education – Majoring in Human Biology.

So why does Eliza want to work with Primal? “I love the philosophy that Primal has, the team is just amazing and I really wanted to be a part of a great team! I am hoping to bring a fresh vibe to the team and also some new and exciting classes to the timetable!”

When training, Eliza says she is in her happy place. Training is very important to her and she reckons there’s something cool about getting stronger. WE AGREE! She loves to lift weight and continuously challenge herself.

Eliza’s favourite type of training is weight lifting and she has also been loving the classes especially spin and boxing! She plays social netball however would like to play competitive next year, hoping to join the All Blacks. For fun, honestly, she goes to the gym because she loves it! Outside of gym, she loves to bake, go for hikes and pretty much do anything active!

Something that people don’t know about her is that when she was 20, Eliza went to Nepal and trekked 17 days to the Mt Everest Base Camp!

An amazing talent that she has, she can make a mean cocktail! Her favourite being an “old-fashioned”.

If Eliza could train with anyone, it would be Hattie Boyle – WBFF World Fitness Champion!
