Caitlin is a fully qualified personal trainer holding a certificate III and iv in fitness. She prefers resistance training over cardio, but will do a bit of both to stay fit and healthy. She loves training in the gym with friends, and is always up for a chat. something people don’t know about her is that she went on a weight-loss journey where she lost around 40kg. Her number #1 tip is to not focus on how long it could take you to reach your goals... the time will pass anyway, so just focus on enjoying the ride.
