What is this class about?

A system of exercises for mental and physical health, including breath control and the adoption of specific bodily stretches, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. A fundamental part of life is being flexible and agile. 

The class is taken by an instructor who leads participants through various exercises to a contemporary music soundtrack. The aim is to develop numerous domains of physical fitness, particularly cardiovascular fitness, cardio stamina and flexibility.
