Meredith, nicknamed – Duff, is our awesome Aqua Fit instructor! She has been in the fitness industry for 32 years now and has run her own PT business for 25 years!
Within her role at Primal, she is most proud of helping and supporting members that come to her Aqua Fit classes. She loves seeing people enjoy themselves in the pool. The social environment of the pool is always buzzing and she is proud to be able to inspire each member to push further in their goals.
With her favourite type of training being strength training, she also loves to switch off and relax. She is so active and busy that her ideal night involves watching a movie and crocheting.
