Steph is our new assistant club manager – she’s here to make sure all of our daily happenings are happening and keep our Primates out of mischief.

With over ten years of experience within the fitness and health industry. Steph is a fully qualified personal trainer, group fitness and thump boxing instructor.

Steph has a massive passion for physical and mental health. With her own story of trials and triumphs of health – she gets it!

Steph’s goal is to help people who feel stuck and show them what they could achieve. Steph enjoys working with people, getting to know and watching them grow, and striving for their goals.

After having a short break from the fitness industry, Steph chose Primal because of the positive energy in the club, the supportive, encouraging, and passionate team, plus the attitude of the members is fantastic Steph says, “there is no other place I would rather be”.

Steph loves to keep an active lifestyle! She also loves exploring the countryside, live music, walking her dog, hiking and playing netball. To top it off, she loves her strength training here at Primal, and her number one fitness tip for you all is to Prioritise your health, challenge your physical limits consistently and reap the rewards.

Steph’s number one motivator is her 3 amigos’ as she calls them. Steph says her children are what drives her determination and ambitions in life, to teach them how to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle to set them up for the future.
