We would like to introduce you all to Jack!

By day a professional sheep wrestler, by night, a valued member of the Primal Team.

Some of you may have seen Jack here before, training solo, seeing one of his colleagues for a coaching session, or grinding out the cleaning shift on a Sunday afternoon.

Jack has worked hard to earn himself a position as one of our valued personal trainers and group fitness instructors. Through his dedication and willingness to learn and wanting to get the best outcome for our members Jack has got a gig.

When asked what he liked about working here, he shared that he’s enjoying the friendly, casual atmosphere (and that it isn’t shearing sheep – we would have to agree with that!). His favourite type of training is lifting heavy thingsā€¦providing it isn’t a 160kg sheep…and for fun, along with coming to the gym, he enjoys archery.

And when he isn’t in the gym? Jack’s favourite food is venison, and something preferably eaten while holidaying in his favourite place to relax – the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland. If he could go anywhere in the world though? He’d explore our own backyard with a trip around Australia.

Jack’s number one fitness tip is – consistency. No matter what you do, you need to stick to it. Some days will be better than others, but that’s ok just keep going.
