Michelle has joined our fabulous team of group fitness instructors here at Primal Health Club – welcome Michelle!
When Michelle isn’t pumping up members in her group classes, she stays active and gets the most out of life – some of her favourite activities are coming into the gym for her own wellbeing, dining out, watching the AFL, AFLW, and tennis, or heading out to concerts to enjoy live music.
Michelle’s favourite thing to do when working out at Primal is to make the most of the treadmill. And when she isn’t running on the spot? She’s out exploring – but don’t ask her to choose between her two favourite places to holiday (Paris and Stockholm). If she absolutely had to choose anywhere in the world though? It’d be Paris, simply because Stockholm is too cold in winter! She’d live in France – but it isn’t the incredible French patisseries that have her heart, it’s Japanese food that’s her favourite!
And Michelle’s favourite part about working at Primal? It’s you guys. She loves how friendly and lovely all of our members are. We asked Michelle to share a fitness tip with you all and her advice is to never, ever give up. You have to just keep doing it.
