Here’s Coby or The Cobra! He is a membership consultant and PT. Coby’s passion is helping people achieve their ultimate goals and enjoys sharing the journey with each individual along the way!

Coby’s favourite type of training is strength training however he is slowly shifting over to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). HIIT is something that everyone should try at least once to get that heart rate buzzing!

Coby’s proud moment goes out to his 6am morning crew. They turn up every morning, day in day out, train consistently and get it done! He says he is really motivated by the team and loves sharing the start of his day with them.

The best fitness tip – “there is no supplement for hard work.” What an excellent tip. Put in the hard yards and get the results you’ve always wanted!

On a more personal note, Coby plays football, loves walking his golden retriever doggo, Willow and doesn’t mind pumping out a tune or ten! In the words of the man himself: “I rate myself at singing, a favourite song would be Shallow!”

Something that might surprise people is that Coby describes himself as an OCD neat freak! So, if you are in the gym and you see Coby around, make sure you’re putting away your weights and keeping the area clean otherwise Coby might have heart palpitations!

If Coby could train with anyone in the world, he would choose Mat Fraser! Only the five-time ‘Fittest Man on Earth’ and CrossFit World Champion – no biggie… but do we think Coby could keep up? Of course, he can!
